By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using Snowy DeFAI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Snowy DeFAI DAO LLC, a Tennessee Decentralized Organization formed under Tenn. Code Ann. § 48-250-101 et seq. ("we," "us," "our").
Snowy DeFAI is a voice-driven AI assistant, available as a subscription web and mobile application. Through conversation with an AI character named Snowy, subscribers can:
Snowy DeFAI prepares swap requests at your direction. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a broker, dealer, or exchange. Every on-chain transaction requires your own separate signature in your own wallet before anything occurs.
The Service is currently in beta. Features, pricing, voice behavior, and availability may change as we continue development. Beta status does not reduce your responsibility to review every transaction before approving it. Use only funds you can afford to lose.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency activity where you reside.
The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis (currently $12.99 per month or $129 per year, subject to change with notice). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are billed in U.S. dollars (or processed and converted to their U.S. dollar equivalent when paid via a supported cryptocurrency payment method) and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Snowy DeFAI never takes custody of your cryptocurrency, never holds or has access to your private keys or wallet seed phrase, and cannot move funds without your direct, individual approval of each transaction in your own wallet. We are not a money transmitter, broker-dealer, or custodian.
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including but not limited to Jupiter (swap routing), Phantom (wallet connection), Solana (blockchain network), CoinMarketCap (price data), and a third-party payment processor for subscription billing. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, errors, fees, or policies. Your use of those services may be subject to their own separate terms.
$SNOWY is a fixed-supply membership and governance token associated with the Snowy DeFAI ecosystem. No new $SNOWY tokens are minted beyond the original fixed supply. $SNOWY is not a security offering, is not sold by us as an investment product, and carries no promise or guarantee of value, return, dividend, or profit. Any token burns, staking, or governance mechanics are described separately and may change as the associated DAO structure develops. Nothing in the Service or these Terms constitutes investment advice.
Information provided by Snowy — including prices, news, and any commentary — is for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, including any decision to approve a swap.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, attempt to circumvent its security, interfere with its operation, or use it to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or transactions involving sanctioned parties or sanctioned jurisdictions.
The Snowy character, name, logo, voice, website content, and underlying software are the property of Snowy DeFAI DAO LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from these except as expressly permitted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING EVERY TRANSACTION BEFORE SIGNING IT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOWY DEFAI DAO LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, TOKENS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSSES RESULTING FROM A TRANSACTION YOU APPROVED.
You agree to indemnify and hold Snowy DeFAI DAO LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
