Snowy DeFAI DAO LLC is a Tennessee Decentralized Organization formed under Tenn. Code Ann. § 48-250-101 et seq. We operate the Snowy DeFAI voice assistant service accessible at snowydefai.xyz and through our mobile application. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
When you direct Snowy to prepare a swap, Snowy routes a transaction request to Jupiter using your Phantom wallet's public address, which you connect voluntarily. Your public wallet address and any on-chain transactions you approve are recorded permanently on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. We have no ability to alter or delete blockchain records. We do not store your private keys and never have access to them.
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, you provide payment details directly to that processor; their privacy policy governs how they handle that information. We receive confirmation of successful payment, your subscription status, and a token that allows us to manage renewals and cancellations, but we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Voice conversation data may be retained in de-identified or aggregated form for service improvement purposes after your account is closed.
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at snowydefai@gmail.com. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note that some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after account deletion.

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own wallet, private keys, and account credentials. We will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
